Here are a few tips to ensure you and your Pet will have a pleasant experience in the grooming shop: (you may print this page for reference)
Please ensure that your Dog relieves himself before coming in to the groomer shop, we have many pets coming in at once and for your safety and the safety of your pet, please bring your pet on a leash, (if you don't have a leash we'll provide you with one), we ask that you do NOT handle your pet over to the groomer, let him walk in.
Health:All dogs must be in good health. Owners need to certify that there dog is in good health and not have been ill in the past 30 days. If you know your dog is not feeling well please see a veterinarian as soon as possible.
Matted Pets:
De-matting a pet can be a painful process. We all groom because
we love animals. It is much more humane to cut the hair short and let the hair grow back in. Solution: get your pet groomed on a regular schedule to avoid your pet getting matted. Matted hair is a major contributor to skin problems. Matted fur holds moisture against the skin and can cause redness and irritation. Matted fur can also be a heaven for fleas and debris.
Fleas:
Should the groomer find evidence of fleas after drop-off, it will be under the groomer's discretion to perform a flea & tick bath immediately to inhibit an infestation within our grooming salon.
An additional fee may be imposed.
Behavior:
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective.
"At any time we reserve the right to declare a dog's behavior unfit for our shop environment."
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of the guest caretakers. 15-20% is the standard gratuity.
For Grooming admittance:
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations as required by your veterinarian and by law.
A simple call to your Veterinarian, and they will provide you with all information necessary from you Pet.
If this is your first visit, there must be a completed application filled out before admittance.

Ezpetwash & Grooming has my permission to do whatever it feels is appropriate for the well-being of my dog.
Ezpetwash & Grooming will not be held responsible for clipper nicks, small cuts, or skin irritation resulting from grooming. Unlike humans animals don't stay still. Nor we'll be held responsible for stressful effects that Grooming may have upon puppies or geriatric dogs.
A soft muzzle may be used, or services discontinued or refused if Ezpetwash & Grooming determines that a dog presents an unsafe condition. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: behavior issues (biting), bad ear infection, health and skin problems, open wounds found under neglected coats, fleas or parasites.
Ezpetwash & Grooming is not an overnight facility.
The shop closes at 5pm.
